![]() ![]() This song feels like it has potential, if it had more time in the oven it could have been one of the better songs on this album. If it was 4 minutes long it would be a great song, but for now it's just a good song that drags out for too long.īonus: Crown of Worms (Crown of Deer): 7.6/10 ![]() This song suffers from the same problem as Psychtron, it drags out for way to long, it has no reason to be 6 minutes long, it should only be 4 minutes long. This song is constantly switching around but still feels whole, it grabs your attention and keeps it throughout each part. Each part doesn't overstay it's welcome and the chorus riff is incredible. This song is divided into four different parts, the acoustic beginning, the talking part, the main song, and the ending solo. There are lots of solos in this song but they're not very interesting, good song but it drags on for way too long. This song drags on for way too long, it should have been 3-4 minutes long not 4:40, the riffs are robotic and give a robotic atmosphere but they soon get boring by the end of the song. This song is slightly worse version of Skin O' My Teeth, it the same structure and a very similar riff but it still feels like a different experience, a major highlight of this song is the imagery, it's very visceral in it's depiction of skydiving. It's a good song, but when compared to the other stuff on this album it's not that good. I'm not a very big fan of this song, it just seems boring to me, the riff isn't very good compared to the other songs on this album, the chorus is good but kind of boring. To add to that, the solos are boring, the chorus is kind of catchy but get boring fast, everything about this track has potential but just barley misses the mark This song feels like it should be 10/10 but it's just boring, it's fun but it's too long, this song would be better if it was only 2-3 minutes long. ![]() A lot of people don't like Dave's voice on this track but I think it adds to the purposeful goofiness of the song. This is just a better version of Symphony of Destruction, with better riffs, better lyrics, better solos, and it's more enjoyable to listen to. It's a good song but there are better on this album. The lyrics are great on this song, on par with Looking Down the Cross, the solos are great, fast and melodic, but I can't say that I love the riff. ![]() The drums are great, the riff is great, the solos are great, this song overall has a great rhythm throughout the entire song that never stops I've listened to this song before and I thought that it was pretty good, but listening to it again, and listening to the non-remastered version I can say that this song is way better then I gave it credit. This song is the one that launched Megadeth into the mainstream, and for good reason it's a good song, good main riff, the chorus is enchanting, the solo is fast but still melodic, that being said, it's still only a good song, not a great song. This song, and album is much slower compared to Rust In Peace and Peace Sells, but I don't that that it's a bad thing, this song has a great riff and great drums, The lyrics are also great, although simple Marty Friedman – guitars, backing vocals, acoustic guitar ![]()
